Request Assistance

AZZ Cares Foundation Support for our Employees and their Families

The Foundation provides support and assistance to AZZ employees and their families when an emergency, disaster, or personal hardship occurs. To request assistance, complete the Employee Assistance Application Form and email along with any supporting documentation to azzcaresfoundation@azz.com. Alternatively, AZZ employees are encouraged to submit this form to their immediate manager or supervisor, who will forward the documentation to corporate Human Resources.

Please note that all Applicants must be employed by AZZ for at least 90 days prior to applying for assistance from the AZZ Cares Foundation.

Step 2.

Email the completed Employee Assistance Application form and any supporting documentation to azzcaresfoundation@azz.com. If you are an AZZ employee,  you can provide the assistance application form and any supporting documentation to your immediate manager or supervisor.
